Anti-ragging Awareness Seminars were conducted by Anti-Ragging Committee / Anti Ragging Squad of RK University Ayurvedic College & Hospital for BAMS Students of 2022-23 and 2023-24 admission Batches on 05th and 6th August 2025 as part of National Anti-Ragging Day & Week 2025 celebration.

This seminar was conducted by Dr. Bhavin Dubal & Dr Shweta Shetty & Dr. Shivangi Malaviya and students were guided about how the Anti Ragging Committee and Anti Ragging Squad are working inside the campus of the university. For any kind of difficulties how students can approach members or directly fill the complained-on portal. Anti-ragging and Aman movement portals have been demonstrated during the seminar and guide the students that filling online undertaking is mandatory and how they can fill.

During the seminar, the TVCs and documentary films developed by UGC were also shown on the projector to the students. Students were also counselled as we have separate hostels for the first-year students as per the guidelines. Even if any student has found any difficulties or problems then they can immediately report to committee members. ARS members are available 24X7 inside university campuses so students can approach them at any time even after their regular academic schedule. Dr Bhavin Dubal gave details about the hostel and other facilities and motivated them not to involve any in-disciplined activities inside campus. During the seminar few of the students have also interacted and asked for requirements of online undertaking form, so they have been guided about the same. It was also explained how they can find contact details of any committee members, as that is available in every notice board of schools, hostel buildings, mess and canteen.
