The Department of Kayachikitsa organized a guest lecture on the topic “How to strike out stroke – surely and shiftly” delivered by Dr. Kaumil Kothari (MD, DM Neurology). The lecture was held on 12th November 2025 and witnessed the active participation of nearly one hundred interns and third-year students.
The session proved to be highly successful, enriching the students with not only academic knowledge but also practical health insights related to stroke. Dr. Kothari’s lucid explanations and approachable manner made complex neurological concepts easy to understand, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. The lecture concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where students engaged directly with the speaker, further deepening their understanding of the subject.
