According to this quotation, the Department of Dravyaguna organized a plantation on 25th June, 2021 at an herbal garden attached to RK University Ayurvedic College & Hospital to motivate students for cultivation and conservation of medicinal plants.

Dr C. M. Vaghani (Principal) planted the saplings of Guduchi, Danti and Shalparni. More than 50 students of second year and faculty members Dr Manoj Pande, Dr Milind Chatrabuji and Dr Dipa Rananavare enthusiastically planted more than 50 plants at the herbal garden.

Dr C. M. Vaghani explained the importance of plantation to the students. Dr Nikita S. Pamnani, Assistant Professor in Dravyaguna Department, explained the importance of cultivation and conservation of medicinal plants in the present era.

The saplings of Shatavari, Ashmantaka, Ashwagandha, Ashoka, Trivrit, etc were planted by students with the pledge of properly taking care of each sapling after the plantation.
